Groups and Classes at The Adams Center

Mind and body are inseparable, constantly communicating through the nervous and the endocrine systems along neural pathways. Thoughts and feelings affect biological functioning and what we eat and how much we exercise will affect our mental state. Researchers have confirmed the medical benefits of meditation, mindfulness training, yoga, and other awareness based practices.

Mind-body interventions are integral to the healing process at The Adams Center. We invite you to join one of our groups or classes to experience the transformative power of these complementary therapies in a community setting.
