Kripalu Yoga Class
MOVE ~ BREATHE~ RELAX with Laura Biron in a five week Kripalu Yoga series. This class is structured to help reconnect with yourself as stress and tension are peeled away.
Students of all levels of experience are welcome. Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move. Please bring your own mat if you have one; we have a few mats to share.
