MOLLY KOCH, R.D.N., C.D.
Molly Koch is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Dietitian in the State of Vermont. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics, Nutrition & Food Science from the University of Vermont in 2016. She specializes in the treatment of eating disorders, disordered eating, as well as food and body image-related concerns. She is available to those with anxiety and mood disorders, depression, and general mental health concerns. Molly is LGBTQA+ sensitive and friendly in her practice.
She completed her Dietetic Internship and graduate level coursework at Keene State College. She has experience with a wide range of audiences and age groups from clinical work at Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, NH. Molly provided nutrition education and counseling with groups and individuals in local communities. Molly received further graduate experience under the staff at The Adams Center, where she found her niche in providing nutrition counseling.
Molly’s formal education and experience called her back to The Adams Center as an RDN. She plans to incorporate the central tenets of intuitive eating and mindful eating into practice with her clients to help them establish a healthy relationship between the mind, body, and soul. Molly strongly believes that good nutrition is not just about food choices themselves, but also how we experience food and eating. Molly recognizes the importance including the family in the client’s treatment, and works with them to support the client in reaching their goals. Throughout the course of treatment, goals will be developed and assessed.
