SARABETH DAVIS, M.S.W.

Sarabeth Davis, M.S.W., a Rostered Psychotherapist, brings warmth, curiosity, and deep compassion to her clinical work. She earned her Master’s of Social Work from Bryn Mawr College and holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Pennsylvania. Sarabeth also holds a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training from Kripalu.

Sarabeth provides outpatient psychotherapy informed by psychodynamic, somatic, emotion-focused, and relational-cultural approaches while also integrating evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, and ACT. She has experience supporting individuals navigating eating disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and challenges related to identity and self-worth.

Sarabeth completed her clinical training in Philadelphia with Jefferson’s Department of Psychiatry, where she provided outpatient psychotherapy. She also worked for several years at The Renfrew Center as a Milieu Counselor in their partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient eating disorder programs. There, she facilitated group therapy, supported meal times, and helped guide patients through the vulnerable early stages of recovery.

Before becoming a therapist, Sarabeth worked in workplace wellbeing and mental health initiatives and later as a bread and pastry baker, and even fulfilled her lifelong dream of hiking the Pacific Crest Trail. These experiences continue to shape her understanding of burnout, embodiment, nourishment, and the many ways people seek care and connection.

Sarabeth values the interdisciplinary team context of The Adams Center. She believes in the healing power of human connection and teamwork to help clients feel more grounded in themselves, their relationships, and their inner resilience.
